Woo! I’m shooting Laura and Jesse’s wedding today. I hope it doesn’t rain. It was pouring buckets tonight!

During the getting ready stage, it was more than a little bananas (isn’t it always?). Michelle handled it wonderfully, but her eyes did start to glaze over after the millionth question she was asked- “Where are the flowers? What time is grandma getting here? Who’s taking the flowers to the reception?” I’m sure we all started to sound like Charlie Brown’s teacher to Michelle after a few minutes of that. I love the busyness that this image shows. It reminds me of my own wedding day!

This wedding was alive with a large and tightly knit family. Kyle is a youth pastor at Calvary, so there were many familiar faces in attendance!

Syd and I are cleaning up after the Memorial Day weekend. I get a lot of comments about getting albums and images done and up lickety split, which never seems like it’s all that impressive of a feat to me. Now housecleaning? That’s a different story. That takes some SERIOUS talent.
I swear my couples are real people and not models. It just so happens that my clientèle happen to be smokin’ hot!
Case in point- Morgan and Jason:
Kate and Ryan were easily the most fun couple in the state of Illinois that day, and possibly in all of Illinois history. Katie is a HAM and a HALF. She is so funny! I think she looked like Fay Wray in King Kong with her Hollywood Starlet look. Here is their Wedding Day Album!
